PDF FIle Print this

Allready is part of a complex system that delivers flawless data in every situation and for every requirement. Perfect templates for the palette and for transportation, data for robots and main computers, and all of it company-specific: Our engineers have carefully studied these demanding requirements and have made sure that that the data continues to be transmitted as usual.

Transportation Stacking
Interactive stacking of the wall and floor elements with visual inspection and variable stacking parameters. Loading the truck becomes an effortless task.

Palette Placement
The palettes are placed using optimization methods, automatic programs and/or manual placement. The selection criteria are "floor", "wall", or both elements, including the option to combine several projects.

NC Data Generation
The existing palette placements are used to create the NC data for the main computer and customary interfaces. For guidance systems with their own palette placement, the palette data is transferred directly. There are interfaces available for the direct transmission of data to all directly controlled machines.

Catalogs
- Reinforcement types for floors and walls
- Latticed girder distances for the floor
- Materials catalogs for latticed girders, reinforcing steel mesh, reinforcing bars with   special   instructions for product-related uses
- Concrete and steel grades
- Items
- Bending shapes
- Fixtures
- Cranes

Configurations
NC data creation is specifically configured and implemented for your individual production process. You know what detailed information and which requirements are important here. Diverse control systems, the system's spatial configuration and the layout are of particular importance.

Individual Configurations
Moreover, we create your lists for you, your individual input and calculation instructions for the floor units, for double and solid walls, and for preparing to work with the stacking program and palette placement functions, all according to your stated requirements.
