Allplan BCM 2008 is the new name for a new generation of building cost management software (BCM). The system is based on the previous product, Allright and offers building cost management, tender, awarding and invoicing as an integrated solution for planners.

Nemetschek places great importance on the joint development of CAD and cost planning and the integration of the related products. The integration of the product lines Allplan and Allright has reached a point in version 2008 that it has been emphasized with a new joint product name.

Allplan BCM is a pioneering solution for planning and management with integrated TAI solution. The program has features to help you with tendering, contract award and invoicing. In particular, the proven, reliable interaction with Allplan Architecture for VOB-compliant quantities calculation (TÜV-certified) ensures clear, accurate and comprehensible cost planning.

Allplan BCM and Design2Cost
Allplan BCM is an element of Nemetschek’s Design2Cost solution for "designing from a cost perspective". The interaction between Allplan Architecture, Allplan IBD and Allplan BCM offers the highest clarity and consistent, end-to-end design. This TÜV solution is unique in the German market.
