6.    Student Software License Agreement

I understand that: I may not sell, transfer, modify or copy my ALLPLAN Software. (Back-up copies are OK). I agree to the terms and conditions of the ALLPLAN Software License Agreement. I am a matriculating student with no less than nine (9) units. I have provided proof of status (i.e., photocopy of student ID and current registration or transcripts.) or I have provided proof of status (i.e., Letter from Department head/Dean on school letterhead). I have read and agree to the Software License Agreement.

7.    Nemetschek AG Student License Agreement

A. CERTIFICATION. I hereby certify that I am a degree seeking student with no less than nine (9) units at the institution set forth above and I am purchasing a Nemetschek software product for my personal/educational use and will not use it for commercial purposes. I have attached proof of my status, such as a copy of student ID or other proof of attendance at the institution to this agreement. I understand that I may purchase only one (1) license of ALLPLAN at this special rate.

B. SOFTWARE LICENSE. I have read and agree to be bound by the Nemetschek AG. Software License Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein. In particular, I understand that I may not sell, transfer, modify or copy the Nemetschek software. The Software License and my right to use the Nemetschek Software will automatically terminate if I fail to comply with any provision of this agreement.

C. NEMETSCHEK SOFTWARE UPGRADES. ALLPLAN FT: The Student License expires 3 years after purchase. This Nemetschek product is upgradeable to the commercial version of Nemetschek's then current education to commercial exchange pricing. Original proof of purchase required.

D. TECHNICAL SUPPORT. For ALLPLAN FT, basic technical support can be obtained from support@cadconsulting-usa.com
